Toastercast 3- Massive, Multiplayer and Online… No, not Chatroulette.

That. Just. Happened.

The guys of Toastercast return to talk about what makes an MMO, their favorite MMO, and all things relating to the letters M and O. Once again you can find them in the wonderfully easy and somewhat imperialistic Apple iTunes format, and the mp3 format for those of you still using a Zune.

The Toastercast returns: Episode 2 – News Bites, Long Words & Guild Wanks

toastercast2real

Hello out there, Internet Folk! We’ve decided that now is just about the right time to get the Toastercast back up and running, after our whirlwind success with the first episode. This is the first of two formats we’re trying out, and it’s more news-y: we talk about some of the recent events that have been going on in the industry, as well as getting into more than a little bit of fan-wankery concerning Guild Wars 2. The iTunes link and a direct link for those of you who don’t approve of Apple’s music delivery system.

Dylan Sabin is Toastervision’s Editor-in-Chief and has often been described as “manic”, “slightly eccentric”, and “a fan of fine cheese”. He decided to give the site-running business a chance with Toastervision, and so far it’s been a pretty rad experience. He can be reached at dylan@toastervision.com or on Twitter @DylanSabin.

Toastercast, Episode 1: Cliff Bear Tossing

2011-11-13_00002

Good evening, Toaster-heads. Tonight I have something special for you, something that we’ve been working on behind the scenes for a while now and are finally able to actually give to you, the people who are bizarrely interested in what we have to say about video games.

What is it, you ask? Allow me to tell you. A few weeks ago, JD, Jared and I sat down to talk about a video game called Skyrim. You may have heard of it – it’s kind of a big deal. Over the course of an hour, we talked about our likes, our dislikes, and shared a wealth of helpful tips about Bethesda’s newest RPG monolith. That discussion is now available for listening via the magic of iTunes.

You can download the first episode of Toastercast right here. Send us any feedback to editor@toastervision.com – this will not be the last you hear of us.

An important addendum to note: Our official Skyrim review will go live tomorrow afternoon. It’s been a long time coming.
